The General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) side by side with the Permanent Committee of Labor Affairs in Dubai (PCLA) have announced the launch of the annual “Warm Winter” initiative, helping 1000 workers throughout Dubai. The initiative is intended to ensure the safety of Dubai workers during the winter season, through the distribution of winter clothing among workers, and offering them different winter necessities that keeps them warm during the season.
